Narrowcast

 

Broadcast

Rights to narrowcast a program on a network for a specific period of time. We are happy to negotiate leasing narrowcast rights on campus networks.

Rights to broadcast a program on a public network for a specific period of time. We are happy to negotiate leasing broadcast rights on public television, free over-the-air networks, cable television, and other networks.

Streaming

Rights to stream a digitized version of a program in a password-protected environment for a specific period of time.

Public Performance

Rights to show a program publicly such as a museum setting or a large formal occasion like a Women’s History Month celebration open to the public. We can negotiate either one-time rights or rights for a specific period of time.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All of the Her Own Words® programs are available as MP4s as well as in DVD format. If you are purchasing a copy of a Her Own Words® in a DVD format it includes the right to show it in classroom settings and small informal gatherings like brown bag lunches where no admission is charged.

  • However, purchasing in DVD format does not confer Narrowcast Rights, Broadcast Rights, Streaming Rights, or Public Performance Rights. All of these rights need to be formally leased with a timeframe, user access, and other details agreed on.
